Built for the care providers the big platforms ignored.

AzuriConnect started with a simple observation: small care facility operators were spending hours every week managing caregiver coverage through group texts, spreadsheets, and agency calls. The tools that existed were built for hospitals or large staffing firms — not for owner-run facilities with a handful of residents.

So we built one that is.

The problem we saw

Small facility staffing was broken in ways nobody was fixing.

Adult Family Homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and other small care providers are licensed, inspected, and held to documented staffing standards. But many were still managing coverage through WhatsApp, calling caregivers one by one, and keeping credential records in a folder or a spreadsheet.

When a state inspector showed up, providers had to dig through papers to prove who worked, what their credentials were, and whether they were valid on that day. Some providers were relying on staffing agencies as a last resort — paying high placement markups because they had no faster option.

On the caregiver side, CNAs and HCAs were dealing with agencies that charged them fees, facilities that communicated poorly, and no consistent way to show their work history to new employers.

Both sides needed a better system. That is what AzuriConnect is.

Small facilities first

We built for Adult Family Homes, assisted living, group homes, and other small residential care providers — owner-run settings with strict licensing and inspections that demand clean documentation. Enterprise tools don't fit this world.

Fair to both sides

Providers need reliable coverage. Caregivers need fair opportunities. We don't charge caregivers to work. No placement fees, no subscription walls. The marketplace only works if both sides trust it.

Compliance is the product

Staffing tools that don't help with documentation are half a solution. We built compliance records, credential tracking, and inspection-ready exports into the core of the platform — not as add-ons.

Honest about what we are

AzuriConnect is software, not a staffing agency. You remain the employer. We give you the tools to find, verify, and manage caregivers — but hiring, supervision, and compliance decisions stay with you.

We did not build this to disrupt healthcare. We built it because care facility operators deserve better tools than a group chat and a spreadsheet — and because caregivers deserve a path to consistent, fair work without paying someone to find it.
