Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of AzuriConnect's platform and services, including AzuriManage (for providers) and AzuriCare (for caregivers).

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of AzuriConnect's platform and services, including AzuriManage (for Adult Family Home providers) and AzuriCare (for caregivers). This policy is incorporated into and made part of the AzuriConnect Terms of Service. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Violate any federal, state, or local law
  • Facilitate illegal activity
  • Promote violence, terrorism, or hate speech

2.2 Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • Provide false credentials or qualifications
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Create fake accounts
  • Manipulate ratings or feedback
  • Payment fraud

2.3 GPS/Location Manipulation (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)

  • Use of location spoofing apps or tools
  • Checking in from outside the geo-fence
  • Using VPN to mask true location
  • Any attempt to fake or manipulate GPS data

Consequence: Immediate permanent termination

2.4 Harassment and Abuse

  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Sexual harassment
  • Stalking

2.5 Platform Abuse

  • Bots or automated tools without permission
  • Reverse engineering
  • Viruses or malware
  • Unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Attempting to access our AI or facial recognition systems

2.6 Off-Platform Transactions

  • Payment outside platform to avoid fees
  • Soliciting caregivers to work directly
  • Using platform solely for lead generation

3. Professional Standards

Caregivers Must:

  • Check in/out within geo-fence using accurate GPS
  • Provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations
  • Maintain current credentials
  • Follow facility policies
  • Treat residents and staff with respect

Caregivers Must NOT:

  • Manipulate GPS location
  • Work unqualified shifts
  • Arrive under influence
  • Share confidential information

Organizations Must:

  • Post accurate shift details
  • Set reasonable geo-fence boundaries
  • Pay on time
  • Provide safe environment

Organizations Must NOT:

  • Discriminate in hiring
  • Retaliate against caregivers
  • Withhold payment

4. Consequences of Violations

  • First Violation: Warning
  • Second Violation: 7-30 day suspension
  • Third Violation: Permanent termination

Immediate Termination: GPS manipulation, fraud, harassment, criminal activity
