Account Deletion Request
This page explains how users of AzuriManage (for Adult Family Home providers) and AzuriCare (for caregivers) can request account and personal data deletion from AzuriConnect.

How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your AzuriConnect account data, email legal@azuriconnect.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Information to Include
Please include:
- Your full name
- Account email address
- Role (Provider / AzuriManage or Caregiver / AzuriCare)
- Optional phone number for follow-up
Timeline
We typically acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
What We Delete
We delete or de-identify personal profile information and account-associated data that is no longer required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained as required by law, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, tax obligations, or platform security requirements.
