How AzuriConnect approaches privacy, security, and compliance documentation for care facility providers and care teams.
What we are (and are not)
AzuriConnect is a software platform for small residential care facility staffing workflows. We are not a staffing agency and do not employ caregivers.
Providers remain responsible for hiring, supervision, care delivery, and compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.
Data and privacy
We collect information needed to operate AzuriManage (providers) and AzuriCare (caregivers), support onboarding, and respond to inquiries.

Security practices
We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS) for data in transit.
Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel with role-based controls.
We monitor application availability and investigate reported security issues.
HIPAA and BAAs
Some customers may require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when protected health information is involved in platform use.
Contact us to discuss your use case and whether a BAA is appropriate for your organization.
Subprocessors and inquiries
We maintain a list of infrastructure and service providers used to operate the platform. Request the current subprocessor summary by email.
