How does this help me during an inspection?

AzuriConnect is designed to reduce non-compliant staffing, shows which documents were valid on the day a caregiver worked, and generates a compliance summary in seconds. This supports calm, clear answers during inspections.

I only have a small facility. Is this too much for me?

No. AzuriConnect is designed for small, owner-run care facilities — including Adult Family Homes, assisted living, and group homes. Setup takes minutes, not hours.

Do caregivers pay anything?

No. Caregivers never pay to work. This helps you attract caregivers who are tired of agencies and placement fees.

Can I still use WhatsApp groups or agencies?

Yes. Many facilities start by using AzuriConnect alongside WhatsApp or agencies. Over time, most providers rely on AzuriConnect for regular staffing, documentation, and inspection safety. Agencies become a last resort, not the default.

What if I urgently need someone overnight?

Use the urgent broadcast feature to notify your verified caregiver pool right away. Caregivers who meet your credential requirements get the alert and can respond directly. You don't have to text individuals one by one — the system surfaces qualified people who are available.

Who decides what documents are required?

You do. You choose which documents are required, including CPR, TB, state-specific caregiver credentials, and more. AzuriConnect enforces your rules consistently.

What happens if a caregiver’s document expires?

You receive alerts before expiration. If it expires, affected bookings are blocked until updated. This helps keep compliance requirements current.

Is this expensive for a small care facility?

No. Pricing is designed to be predictable and affordable compared to agency fees and citation risk. There are no placement fees, no caregiver charges, and no long-term contracts.

Why not just keep using WhatsApp?

WhatsApp does not generate inspection records, does not keep compliance documentation, and does not document staffing decisions. AzuriConnect gives you records plus proof, not just names.

Do you use AI today?

Core features use rules-based automation: compliance validation, reliability scoring, and filtered broadcasts. Generative AI features — ranked caregiver matching, fill predictions, and an apply assistant — are on the roadmap and clearly labeled as planned.

No. AzuriCare is free for caregivers. You can create a profile, get verified, and apply to shifts without platform fees.

How long does profile verification take?

Most profiles are reviewed within 24 hours after required documents are uploaded clearly. Missing or unreadable files can delay review.

What documents should I prepare first?

Start with your active caregiver credential, CPR/First Aid, government ID, and any role-specific training your target facilities require.

Can I choose where and when I work?

Yes. You set your availability, preferred areas, and shift preferences. You only apply to or accept shifts that fit your schedule.

How do check-in and reliability scores work?

AzuriCare records shift check-in/out and completion history. Reliable attendance and strong feedback support a stronger profile with providers.

What happens if my credential expires?

You receive alerts before expiration. If a required document expires, affected shift eligibility can be restricted until you upload an updated document.

Can we manage multiple sites or clients?
